BCAI Hand Pump Project Page

In an effort to help curb the spread of diseases & infections from the lack of safe drinking water, BCAI has committed itself to providing hand pumps in and around Bong County, Liberia. 

With this, it is our hope that communities benefiting from these hand pumps will begin to experience a decrease in waterborne diseases. Ultimately, this will lead to a healthier county which in turn will eventually lead to a healthier nation.   

When we were introduced to the people of Quai-Kakpor Town, a people who had no access to safe drinking water, and whose residents, especially children, were getting sick & dying from waterborne diseases, we began to solicit for funds to provide them a hand pump; and out of this the Quai-Kakpor Town  Hand Pump Project went into effect.
